"We picked this hotel as it advertised a pool - well they had one but it was green! Guy 'cleaning' it even agreed it needed chemicals. Not usable at all There's also no restaurant, other than for breakfast, which was okay. Hardly any water pressure in the bathroom "

The rooms are incredibly overpriced for the quality. We had toilet issues and no water pressure or hot water. They charged for everything, including the use of pillows. Worst hotel we stayed at while traveling in Guatemala!"

"My room did not have a TV, and the toilet flusher had to be positioned a certain way after each use to keep the water from continuously running. On top of that, the lights went out during my stay, and it seems there’s no generator because the power never came back on. Overall, the experience was very disappointing."
