「Beautiful property overall, but unfortunately the room needs some attention. The bathroom and the area under the kitchen sink had a strong mould smell, and there was visible black mould on the shower caulking and even around the bathroom towel hook. The shower also did not drain properly, which caused water to back up onto the bathroom floor. The host provided restaurant recommendations, which was appreciated, but unfortunately all of the places suggested were closed during our stay. Breakfast...

「Værelset blev gjort rent men håndklæder og brugte glas blev ikke skiftet. En lille ting når ejeren var sød og hjælpsom og udsigten helt perfekt. Stedet er ikke for gangbesværet pga. Højdeforskellen på hotellet og der er ikke elevator. Der er restauranter i nærheden i vila geres . Et dejligt hotel med søde værter.」

Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. 」

「there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...

「I had an amazing stay at Chalé da Caniçada! The bungalow was cozy and beautifully located in the heart of Peneda-Gerês National Park. The views of the reservoir were absolutely breathtaking, was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Well-equipped, and the host was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.」
