ドゥアルテ公園 ツアーとアクティビティ

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.

Once I came in I was welcomed by many staff and taken to my room and shown all the amenities. The outside was lovely and it looked well taken care of. The food was great, many selections of different foods and restaurants. The room was cleaned , and they had many accommodations in the room . The pool was clean and was warm and the whole area was very well taken care of . The staff always were welcoming and every time I walked by they would greet me . The swim up bar was very nice , the staff were funny and held up good conversations. In general this whole experience was marvelous and I will be coming back .
