Immediately upon arrival, we reported that the room was extremely hot and that the air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel staff repeatedly informed us that a technician would come “soon,” but the issue was never resolved that first night. The room became very uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep properly due to the heat. "We booked this hotel to use airport shuttle but our flight departure was 6am and their airport shuttle was only from 5am so we were not able to use this shuttle service. What a disappointment it was."
