"When I checked in which was on a Friday the woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The next day, Saturday there was a young lady at the front desk who acted and looked like she didn't want to be there and would give you a dirty look if you asked her a question. The room itself was dirty and it smelled really bad. We had to keep the window open and run the bathroom exhaust fan the entire time. Also, the bathroom pocket door looked like it had never been cleaned. The tile floor especially in the corners had a lot of dirt and grime buildup. The shower door was especially dirty, with a dark, nasty buildup in the corners and around the frame. Also, the carpet underneath the beds was filthy, dirty, and smelly, so you didn’t wanna walk barefoot."

"Stiff uncomfortable beds. Breakfast options scarce, no protein options like eggs or sausage. Just waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, and apples. Hot water does run out for showers and there was something hanging from the ceiling surrounding the sprinkler "

"Beautiful Property, located near grocery stores and shops. We appreciated the short drive to Flagler beach. The Master Bed Was super comfy so im not sure why one reviewer complained about that. Our overall expierience was excellent. Peter, the host, was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again"

"Place was great. Nice location, no surprises based on the pictures. VRBO hadn’t updated the arrival time per the owners request so I was going by what was on the reservation which was an hour off. Owner had recently started a new job with his hands full so I’ll assume that’s why there was no communication until I reached out to get check in details and there were none, the apartment was unlocked and they keys were left inside for us. If you’re ok without any handholding this is a great place! We will use it again if we return to Palm Coast. "

"We had to make a last-minute trip to Florida for a wake and funeral, and we literally booked this VRBO the night before getting on a plane. Taylor was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions right away and making the whole process feel easy during a stressful time.The house was perfect for our family. It was beautiful, very clean, and had more than enough space for the five of us. Having two full bathrooms made getting ready at the same time so much easier. All of the beds were super comfortable, which we really appreciated.We happened to be there over Easter, and I was able to make a full Easter breakfast thanks to the fully stocked kitchen—it had everything from baking dishes to serving utensils and platters.The pool was perfect for our family, and it was clear it’s very well maintained. The pool company even came during our stay to clean and test the water. They did need to shock it, so the kids had to stay out one evening, but honestly, we appreciated knowing it was being properly cared for. The kids made the most of it and had fun “lizard hunting” instead!The screened-in porch was another favorite spot—super comfortable and great for relaxing. One rainy night, we even had a fun karaoke night to keep things light for the kids, which turned out to be a highlight.All in all, we couldn’t have been more thankful for Taylor. She was communicative, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend"

"Nice to have a fenced yard for dogs. Kitchen had a few “extras” like spices and olive oil for cooking. House was close to Publix and plenty of restaurants. We found a nice park that included a dog park about two miles away. We were in town to visit relatives. Overall a nice stay."
