「Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room...

「Overall the room was small, with substandard furniture, closet did not have hangers, bathroom was very small. Coffee maker did not work. It is a old house with a rental room created with a side entrance. On rainy days cockroaches enter. owner was responsive to our comments and tried to help.」
