  • This Cozy studio is updated, well decorated, near Old Town (1 mile away) and on the bus route for skiing. This condo includes a private deck, small electric fireplace and well stocked kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, sink and stove top. This condo is located right next to mountainside biking trails, and walking distance to restaurants. Convenient storage rack for skis inside the unit. Day pass for large gym (next door) available for purchase. Full sized pay-per load washer and dryers available in the club house. Outdoor community firepit, pool and hot-tub available (hot tub is open Year- round.)

Perfect for a couple. Close to PC and the strip.

Great neighborhood. Close to everything and the bus system is 5 mins to PC base. Condo is perfect.

Eye-Opening Public Transit

We were impressed with the convenience and frequency of public transit from the condo to PC Mountain and Main Street. We only stayed one night BUT skied two days. The condo fit our needs perfectly.

Adorable Condo - Perfect for a Park City stay!

This cute little condo could not have been more perfect for our stay in Park City! It was so well decorated and perfect for my friend and I to stay in while we skied and explored the surrounding areas. We took the free bus into Park City one evening and it worked great. Julie was very quick to respond with any questions I had and was an awesome host!

Amazing snowboard trip

This property is newly furnished and in a perfect location. The bus is right outside your door and takes you anywhere in park city from the slopes to the town itself to other sites such as Deer Valley. Julie was an amazing host, super accommodating and very responsive and helpful. Had a wonderful trip and will be coming back to this place next time we are in park city!

Another positive experience at a Prospector studio

We have stayed at a Propector studio three times now, so we know what to expect. The upper floor with the high ceilings is great. Being the first unit off the stairs is nice when the interior halls are unattractive as they are in these buildings, and convenient to your car. The value is quite good for what you get in PC and this one was on the upper end of the scale. Perfect for a couple for a short stay as an alternative to a hotel room. Modern, attractive, good seating. While bedding can be something of personal preference, this mattress is on the extreme of softness which doesn't make sense for a rental. The apparently very new bathroom sink is rather weird. The curve of the bowl slopes towards you not back into the bowl such that running water from the faucet causes a high volume of water droplet "splashes" on you and the floor below. Maybe it is the way the faucet disgorges the stream of water. Anyway, you have to run the water at a trickle to avoid this happening. Seems like a design failure that is not fixable.

Great launch pad for ski trip!

Julie’s place was perfect for our week long ski trip! Beautifully decorated and the location was right on the bus route to town and PC mountain. Would absolutely stay here again.

Really Great

The studio was just as described. Small but very functional and well-equipped. The host was quick on our inquiries before arrival and checking-in was effortless. Only thing that we missed was a dishawasher as we like to cook every evening. Other than that we could not have asked for more. Very warmly recommended!

Location Great and Very Clean

10 minutes from tons of places to eat and do and 10 minutes to slopes in Park City. 3 minute walk to bus stop and no fee for the transit. Cable TV with Netflix and Hulu which was nice. The bed was large and cozy. Located on second story with a short walk upstairs. Though smaller than expected, perfect for just 2 people. The hot water in shower and a Keurig to make coffee/coco and electric stove top was so helpful after the day on the mountain. Overall had everything we needed and a clean modern place to stay.

Great little spot and better location

Great location. Great amenities. Bus route is right out front of the unit. There are some places you can walk to to dine. I did not use the parking spot but definitely an added plus if you’re driving.

Cozy chic

First time in Park City and would definitely stay again! The owner did a fantastic job decorating and we had everything we needed for our stay. There is a bus line right outside the condo but Main St was only like a 3 minute drive with a parking garage close by. Very convenient location being so close to shops, restaurants, etc…

Great launch pad

Simple, clean and continent location for our Park City adventure. Not very large space, so you’re encouraged to get out there! Luckily it’s close to lots of restaurants, shops and resorts.

Perfect spot

Cozy little place with everything you need! Completely updated apartment with an attentive host who has thought of it all - fully stocked kitchen, games, coffee, etc. Modern, clean, and convenient to town and local resorts. Highly recommend!
