We are nestled up against Park City Mountain Resort, and walking distance to Old Town Park City,. You can enjoy the fresh air and the connivence of a 5 Min walk to Historic Main St. Skiing, hiking or biking right out our door. We are a 2 Min walk to the Sweenys Switchback Trailhead. Just a 5 minute walk to the Ski Hill, and on your way back Ski right down to our Driveway.
Condo Details: Newly remodeled and extremely well-appointed, our 2 BR/2BA, 1 KING Bed and 1 Queen, includes everything you need, plus fun extras to help you settle even deeper into vacation mode. Our Mountain Top Condo is just Steps to the Ski Hill, “Ski to the Driveway at the end of the day! You cant beat beat our location. We are located in an 8-unit complex which features a shared hot tub thats surrounded by pine trees. Look forward to new luxury linens, fluffy robes and fluffy towels in every room, plus a fully-equipped kitchen that will satisfy even the most discerning home chef.
Lovely quiet area backed up to Park City Mountain Resort, parking available and also very walkable to Main Street, Old Town Park City. Hiking & Biking right out the door.
Monthly rentals available with a fee for a mid clean, so condo is spotlessly cleaned.

We are only a 5 min walk to ski hill where you click on you ski's & ski to the Town Lift, you can also purchase your lift ticket there and rent ski equipment. All 5 minutes away. Or in the Summer, hike or bike right out our door onto the many trails which go all over town. Enjoy your day on the Mountain & Ski over to the Canyons form PC Resort with lots of terrain to ski !!! At the end of the day ski down Quit N' Time, Kings Crown or Creole Glutch right down to our the driveway.

We have a nice outdoor deck with patio furniture, BBQ & Mountain Views for relaxing, Snowshoes available on request for your enjoyment, trails right outside our door. If you need a guide sometimes were available to take you, just let us know ahead...

Of all the VRBOs I've rented, this one for a girls trip, this place is top notch. It's very well appointed, especially the kitchen. Both bedrooms have a mounted tv with all the streaming apps. There's games, a coloring book w/pencils (which we each colored a page in), dvds, candles, and even a junk drawer in cas eyou need scissors or a mending kit. It is decorated with detail that is unmatched. Very quiet and super cozy. And the beds! I have never had a more comfortable night's sleep! You will not regret your stay here.

Perfect Snow Getaway

Our stay was absolutely perfect for me and my two adult children for our snowboard getaway. Access to the town lift was easy and we enjoyed the hot tub after our day on the mountain. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and coffee each morning and a short walk into town for dinners every night. The place was exactly as described and was so cozy and comfortable. I would highly recommend and will hopefully visit again.

Perfect Park City

Leslie is an amazing hostess and this lovely condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Located close enough to the Town Ski Lift and Main Street to walk just about anywhere, the condo is cozy, yet spacious, very clean and extremely well-equipped for any type of visit. This place was great for our beautiful fall weekend. It was clean and very easy to walk to town for shopping and dinner. It also had a trailhead right out the front door that we were able to enjoy for a hike during the eclipse. Would recommend.

Great way to stay and ski in Park City

This was the perfect, cozy spot for our family of four. We were able to hit the slopes after just a very short walk, easily walked to the town, and didn't even have to rent a car. The hot tub was great; the kitchen is well stocked. Leslie and Mike were super friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Park City Getaway

A great condo in a great spot. Easy to drive to & find and a short, simple walk down the stairs into town… Which spill out right at a great breakfast spot (Harvest) and HighWest Distillery!Loved the fireplace and the very well appointed kitchen! The outdoor hot tub was terrific after a day of hiking. We really appreciated the nice touch of the little X-mas tree that we could put presents under and celebrate early Christmas with my daughter (who lives in SLC and the reason for the trip). Leslie is a great host. She’s very attentive and very eager/willing to help with any needs and/or suggestions! Will happily stay here again!

We loved our time in this condo. Leslie was great before and during our stay. She was informative on the area. The condo was in a perfect location and was so cozy and charming. It was the perfect place to start our mornings with coffee and end our days after skiing. Kitchen is perfect for cooking too.

Perfect location between the slopes and main street

This was a great condo for two couples. Easy walking access to the center of town and access to a trailhead a block away. This condo had a few updates that made it feel a bit more modern than your typical mountain home. The kitchen was very well equipped, which we appreciate since we like to cook. The hosts also left some treats, which was a very nice touch. I'd stay here again.

Return Again = Most Definitely

Listing = extremely accurate. Unit = neat + tidy + clean + well organized + in good shape. Nightly rate = very reasonable (in my opinion). Host = excellent communication + friendly demeanor + personable tone. Location = very good + centrally located (in the Park City area). Would advise my mother to stay here = yep. Nice unit in a solid location

This unit is in good condition with nice amenities. It's close to both town and the slopes. The owner has the place stocked well. The only negative is that the ski in / ski out designation should also note that 'ski out' requires an uphill walk to the ski trail. Not hard, but not easy either. Otherwise a good experience.

Summer Caution

We loved the location and layout of this rental. I highly recommend especially during the cooler months. We stayed at the end of July and it was extremely hot. The A/C is a single portable unit in the living room. The rental became extremely hot (upwards of 80 degrees) inside and could not cool down into a comfortable range until the early morning hours and then repeat. Great host, just caution if renting during the warm months.

Clean and Comfy with all the comforts

Very clean rental. The kitchen has all needed to cook a great dinner. Beds were comfortable. Owners are very responsive to any questions. Nice touch they made us cookies for Christmas. Comfy fireplace and two juice bathrooms. Washer and dryer were great for all the dirty cloths after skiing. Location is ideal for skiers. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough snow to ski in at the end of the day because the town lift runs were closed but we could ski to the lift at the beginning of the day.

A good stay with an attentive owner

The owner was very responsiveness to our enquiries and the property was as advertised, but there were some easy improvements which could be made to make it more luxurious. Examples include upgrading towels, bed linens, and pillows. Along with this, the property is a little tired and could do with some refreshing. The master bathroom could do with a better shower curtain as it often leaked on the floor. The kitchen, washer and dryer were all good, and the tvs were abundant. The owner was good enough to provided a yoga mat which we were weren’t expecting but it was not clean and had an odor. The condo also was a little concerning in that the wood walkways were clearly needing maintenance and repair. The entrance walkway baluster for example showed signs of being rotten and creaked when I inadvertently leaned against it.

Is there a rating beyond Super Host?

Leslie & Mike’s condo is perfection. The setting and proximity to town and trails, views of town lights, twinkling stars, and beautifully changing leaves make for a perfect oasis. I was happily surprised to find the condo as reported-everything from bath products to spices were as advertised. Towards the end of our stay my spouse experienced a medical emergency landing him in the ICU. I told Leslie & Mike about our circumstances and Leslie texted to check on us, offered help and being away from home, I felt like she was a lifeline. Super Host might be the top rating however I felt super cared for by some super kind and generous humans. Thank you, thank you.
