Steps away from PC resort base and a 7 min walk to Silver Star Lift and Plaza with award winning cuisine and live music on the weekends, shopping & rentals. Huge wrap around deck to enjoy the mountain views. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom plus open den with sleeper sofa. Perfect for your winter ski getaway. Enjoy skiing and award winning restaurants all within walking distance, or catch a free shuttle to Main Street or Deer Valley.

This condo offers plenty of space for your mountain getaway:
•Large living area with ample cozy seating
•Dining room equip with all the necessities to enjoy a nice sit down meal together.
•Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals while you are our guests!
•Common area bathroom with separate door allows showering guests privacy while
Others are getting ready.
•Bedroom 1: Queen bed with plenty of space to store your luggage. With an ensuite bathroom you will feel right at home. Easily access the wrap around porch from your room.
•Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with cozy bedding to help you sleep soundly!
•Bedroom 3: Queen bed with large windows to let in the soft winter sunshine. An ensuite bathroom allows easy and private access to take care of all necessities!
•The den allows for comfy seating on the couch or for additional guest to sleep on the brand new updated sofa bed.

Inside Garage Parking for one car or small SUV and one driveway parking space for anything larger.

As of April 2021, the wood burning fireplaces was replaced with a gas fireplace.

Summer guests please note, this condo does not have A/C. We do provide several fans to help cool the condo

Crescent Ridge Condos are a coveted location for those who like to walk to Park City to ski. Nestled at the base of the Park City mountain in between two ski lifts, this condo is very desirable and easily accessed. It's located on the dead end street so minimal traffic. (the street's dead end is the ski slopes!)

Park City free bus stop is down the street, it will take you to the main base at Park City Mountain Resort or up to Historic Main Street.

Please note, there is a 4% non-refundable transaction fee for any cancellations.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

Fantastic Condo and Location

We were a group of 7 on our first trip to Park City. The location of this condo is amazing, a short 3 minute walk to the piste. Its a warm and cosy place and well suited to a group, beds were very comfy ! we had a couple of issues on checkin but these were taken care of quickly and efficiently and communication from Amy and Tiffany was fast and clear, couldnt really ask for more.

Cozy Park City Condo!

Tiffany and Amy are wonderful hosts! Great location in a quiet neighborhood only 2 min walk to the slopes. Condo was clean with a furnished kitchen, cozy bedrooms and living room with fireplace. Smart TVs in the living room and den area. Board games, dominos etc. I would highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy the park city resort!

Great convenient condo close to Eagle Lift

Tiffany's condo is quite literally a 2 min walk (in gear) to the slope that leads you to Eagle Chair. The snow didn't cooperate when we were there but it was clear it's an easy on/off when conditions are normal. The 3 bedrooms are a good size and the 5 of us had plenty of room to move around in and stretch out. Furniture was comfy and the large dining room table make eating in (due to Covid) quite easy. We made use of the grill that was outside on the deck. The deck is really nice and I could see using it quite frequently during warmer day. Tiffany's kitchen was one of the best stocked I've ever seen and with the highest quality kitchen untensils/applicances/gadgets. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids!

Great location! Clean! Spacious and the layout was perfect for us! We were 4 adults and 3 kids (teenagers). This place has 3 bedrooms, a fold out sofa and 3 bathrooms. So it was just the right size for us! the living area spanned the whole unit and it had high ceilings. No one was walking on our heads (except in the bedroom area) but overall it was quiet and private enough for us to be able to relax. We did travel in a big SUV which did not fit in the indoor garage, but we parked it just outside the garage door and it was easy to get in and out. The Park City Resort slopes are just a few steps away but we had rental skis that we dropped off every night at the base of the resort so we didn't utilize the short walk. Would highly recommend this place!

Cozy and convenient ... great location!

Our family wanted to have a white Christmas this year and that goal was most definitely achieved (got very luck with a snow storm on Christmas Eve). This was a super cozy condo that fit our family perfectly. It had everything we needed and made our vacation a complete success. The owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The location was fantastic as well. We would definitely come back again!

Very nice condo unit. Garage is too small for anything over a small car, but that's not a reason to avoid this place! Convenient to the slopes; nicely appointed, we would stay here again for sure.

Great property in a fantastic location

Fantastic location - 2 min walk to the Eagle lift and 5 min to the Silver Star lift. Great living room, kitchen, very comfortable beds. Tiffany was super helpful with the check in and check out process. Had a great time and look forward to returning next year.
