Friends Ski Trip

This place was great! It seemed bigger in person from the pictures. Michelle and John were very prompt to ask any questions. The property was just a short 2 block walk to the town lift and the proximity to town was great! I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay in Park City

Very happy with our stay at this property. Very conveniently located in Park City, close to the town lift and Main St. Well-appointed kitchen made food preparation very easy. Loved the steam shower in the master bath! Check-in was a breeze, property manager John was very helpful.Tip for skiers: there's a 10/day ski valet at the town lift. So you only have to walk your gear over once, and then you can leave it for the next day.

Norfolk Rental

Property location is very convenient for both skiing (just a few minutes fairly flat walk to the run that leads down to town lift), and a few blocks to the bottom of main street. Property has a well-equipped sizable kitchen, and spaces are comfortably sized for the number of bedrooms. Responses from the (local, I think?) property manager were fast and efficient (we had no problems that needed dealing with, just questions, which were answered promptly).

Lovely home, great for adults and children alike

We spent 9 days here and were impressed with the thoughtful attention to detail in this historic landmark remodel. The home has high ceilings and tasteful design throughout. The gas fireplace made everything warm and cozy. Our teenagers walked to/from town lift with ease. The property manager was responsive and kind. Of note: an AWD vehicle is required in winter to get in and out of the property - it is located on a hill and a 2WD vehicle *will* get stuck on the hills. In addition, the home does indeed have a carbon monoxide detector. We loved this cozy home and hope to return for a future trip.

Perfect Park City Ski Getaway

The house has been recently renovated and is in a great location. We loved the decor, exactly as pictured and in perfect condition. The kitchen had everything needed and the beds were comfy. The master bathroom has a great soaking tub and a heated floor, which felt like a luxury. And we enjoyed relaxing by the gas fire after a long day on the slopes. It was great to have a garage with an area to store skis to dry. The property is on quiet street within easy walking distance of town, bus stops and the trail to the town lift. Arrival and departure was seamless and handled by a property manager via text and phone. If we come back to Park City this property would be our first choice to rent again.

Very good option close to the town lift

The place is very good. A bit small but the listing is accurate. I wouldn’t say it’s a 50 yards ski in ski out but it’s not much more than that. We walked to the town lift every morning and back in the afternoon (you can connect to the trail that leads to the lift, and it’s a shirt walk. Overall the place is great. Well equipped. The only thing is that it’s not the most comfortable with the ski equipment. There is no access to the apartment from the garage where you store your skis and the entrance is a bit narrow and small as you go straight to the living room which makes it challenging when 6 people come back from the mountain needing to take their boots and equipment off. Overall very good option.
