Overall, we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge was always stocked, which was a nice touch. The resort is huge, and it’s convenient that you can find food and drinks almost everywhere you go. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but a few came across as a bit arrogant. Housekeeping was okay, but the room cleaning could be more detailed. One thing to know is that “all-inclusive” only covers food and drinks. If you want to use the cabanas or do activities like laser tag, the escape room, bowling, or the arcade, those all cost extra. The restaurants were delicious, but getting reservations was difficult, especially for a large group. I was also disappointed that some of the best restaurants were adults only because I wanted my kids to try different foods too. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, and it got pretty hot around dinner time. My only other disappointment was the beach—I was hoping to see the beautiful blue water, but it wasn’t like that during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would consider coming back, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved.
