The resort is very pretty but sadly the food was underwhelming for me. We ate at other restaurants and barely spent time at the resort since it seemed like there was barely anything to do. However, the service is excellent and Sol went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. We had issues checking in because apparently the room I'd booked was unavailable but they sorted it out. Has the capacity to be great, they just need to work on food and resort activities.

We had 2 swim up rooms for our family of 6. We arrived early and we were told our rooms would be ready on or before 3pm. We got our rooms just before 5pm. Both rooms had musty odors. Also there was no door separating the bathrooms. The daily cleaning service came twice a day but did not help remedy the odor problem. Overall the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was good and consistent. The lunch around the pool area was average. The dinner restaurants were weak to average. The best restaurant was on the roof. Most likely not coming back to this property. It was not worth the price.
