Hotel France Louvre
I didn’t have breakfast, not sure if it was included. Positive surprise to find a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Pratic Hotel
It’s a nice hotel, perfect for solo travelers because of tiny rooms. You need a really good health conditions if you are accommodated in the last floor, no elevator. It keeps so clean and there’s no no noises, you can sleep in a really good bed
