Just steps from the Grands Boulevards, famous for its many Parisian theaters, and halfway between the Marais district, the Beaubourg center, Rue Montorgueil, a pedestrian street known for its many lively cafes and restaurants, Rue Etienne Marcel, and Place des Victoires. You're in the heart of a neighborhood surrounded by numerous French cafes, trendy bars, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and various grocery stores. You can also discover fashion boutiques, designers, and the most well-known brands.
