Zeer kleine douche, vide waar je niet rechtop kan staan en geen stoelen en tafel om aan te ontbijten. Lichte rookstank. Mooie locatie aan een mooie binnenplaats.

- live cockroaches, ants everywhere! Every size cockroaches crawling in bedroom upstairs, living room, especially kitchen. I have many pictures, and so do they. Bugs in the pot as the burner was on. Owner named Medi and Fred knows about it and did nothing. I told both of them. They came in to take photos.-- moldy bathroom such as shower and cabinet. Door crack has never been cleaned with black crud and seemingly rat droppings.- no window, no heater, no light in room, no working electrical plug in room, no fan, no chairs, very thin blanket with no extras, no seasoning of any sort to cook, dishwasher. No privacy with see-thru curtains.Cabinet cannot open fully because of ceiling is too low. And you definitely cannot go upstairs. WiFi was good. No issue with internet. Refrigerator works. TV didn't work.Ceiling drywall is so thin, it buckles. Really noisy neighbors upstairs thumping, pulling in/out chairs, cabinets banging every night from around 11;30 - 1;30 or so in the morning. No insulation. Owner asking you many times to write a good review for him. I told him I cannot lie. He does not seem interested. I texted to him through WhatsApp the bad condition with the bugs, etc. so he can translate into French. They took photos, but did nothing for my stay. After check-out, Medi called me again to solicit good review. He begs/pleads for insincere reviews.My review is completely factual and honest. Never again! Not acceptable condition as it's not vetted.

Got there 11:30 at nite, couldn't get in, owner didn't snswer phone. Walking around with my grand daughter. By chance a lovely shop keeper on the block knew how to reach someone who worked there. He got us in. The place had ants, some roaches, was very cold. The double sofa bed that they advertise was broken, so I couldn't sleep. No soap, etc.etc. etc. When fhe manager wrote he told me to have a nice day.

Only three positives to report: Location, hot water, and heater. Negatives: Despite the non-smoking sign and written warning, that is the first thing that greets you when you open the door, the smell of cigarettes. This did not bother us nearly as much as the moldy shower and adjoining wall. Despite being disgusting, it can also be harmful to your health. We even bought a spray to clean it hoping that would help but to no avail. The walls are also filthy and the place overall looks like it hasn’t been cleaned and dusted properly in quite a while. The sofa bed is also falling apart. The bathroom floor also gets soaking wet from the shower quite easily so when we asked for another towel we were told that we would be given one shortly but the towel never came. Before our arrival we also asked for an early check-in but we were given a link that didn’t work. When I reached out and asked them for help, it was always the same response, that they would look into the problem and let us know. They never followed up with anything. So despite arriving in Paris at 5am, we were made to wait until 3pm. Petty honestly. Additionally and perhaps worst of all, there were a lot of little roaches in the kitchen and even some in the bathroom.

The place had a stale tobacco and damp and mould smell which was overpowering, there’s mould all over the shower. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. No where to hang clothes as the rail was missing from the closet. Lights didn’t work in the bedroom which is quite dangerous as it’s a loft sleeping space. I raised these issues but no response, it was very disappointing!!

Nice place. Few minor issues especially when booking (this is a Expedia problem) but the owners were at least communicative. The property was nice (centrally located, quiet, private, and decently sized) other than some minor issues: one of the towels was dirty (we were told it would be switched out and it wasn’t), the previous guests smoked indoors and left a cigarette butt in a small vase, and being on the ground floor attracted bugs (smaller than in New York, so that’s a plus!). I would say the above somewhat impacted the value-for-money calculus, but as a place to sleep while exploring the city, it’s not bad at all.

Location is perfect - around the corner from where I had previously stayed for the summer. Compact space with everything you need for a short stay. Excellent communication and checkin / out was seamless. Really appreciated the fan given that it was particularly hot in Paris. Thanks very much for letting us stay at your property.

We specifically got this property for its price and location and the washer. Needless to say, when we arrived - there was no washer! The owner emailed us to ensure we checked in safely- when we responded back with this complaint and others, he just flat out stopped responding. We emailed many times- in French and in English. We contacted Vrbo and they were absolutely no help at all. You could see where the washer should have been with a sign included but it had been removed. The couch and other nice touches like the floor rug were also removed or swapped out with a dirty one. There were only two towels in the property for our two week rental with NO washer as advertised. We spent $1800 for this place of “merde”. We asked for a refund as soon as we arrived and we know this is why the owner stopped responding. Vrbo can NOT get you a refund even though they attempted to contact the owner themselves and even they were ignored. The ceiling is also so short that for a 170-180 m person you hit the ceiling in the bathroom and walking up to the bedroom you have to crawl. Pure theft/larceny! False advertisement! No help once you’re there- you are stuck with NO refund or partial refund.
