Room was a good size, having a kitchen was very handy, bed was very comfortable. Lots of options nearby to do laundry if needed. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and utilized the continental breakfast. The check-in process was great- I let them know we would be late and got an email with very detailed instructions for how to check in. The staff was super friendly. The room was large, cleaned each day, and there was AC (which was vital given we were there during a heat wave). It was in a great location, walkable to the Metro and accessible to all of the sites we wanted to see. It felt very safe, with locked gates and doors. We hope to go back.
