Well equipped, Not maintained
All staff are kind, and location is good with RER A line which takes 30min to Paris and Disneyland Paris. Our room was very well equipped with bathtub, kitchen, fridge and dishes, but not maintained at all. When we arrived some items and safety box in the room were already broken, two heaters and some lights did not work and it required two days to fix them which means we needed to stay the cold room without some lights and safety box in the first two days. After most of them were fixed, this room seemed very good to stay. Another problem, however, was that hot water ran out almost every morning which is unavailable to take a shower in the morning.

ホテルは快適なれど利便性は…
パリの観光での利用ではオススメできません。とにかくパリ市内から遠いので移動も大変でした。ホテルに関してはごく普通なので宿泊に難はありません。部屋も広くキッチンがついていたので料理をしたりする事もできます。近くにスーパーマーケットが無いのですが、少し歩くと個人商店の小さなお店があり、最低限の食べ物はそこで買えます。

Not the best choice to stay in Paris.. 1. The rooms have no air conditioning and in the summer the temperature were pretty high. No mentioning of that in the hotel overview description. 2. The hotel charge extra 35 euro for house keeping, No mentioning in the overview as well. 3. Shower head was broken and overall condition needs some maintenance. 4. Underground garage can be opened only with a remote control and needed the front desk staff activating it each time we wanted to get in, Meaning leaving the car and going to the reception, Or using the car horn to get their attention. Front staff was super nice and there is a shopping center near by, As well as food options. Easy access to the highway. When contacted by Expedia regarding those issues, The property manager said none of it was true. not the best guests service or attitude towards guests. I will not recommend staying in this property as much better options are available for similar prices.

Dear Itay,We thank you for your review, and take note of it.Unfortunately, we will not accept the refund.1.As mentionned,we do not have AC into our residence, you ask the reception on your arrival date that you needed a fan and it was provided to you as we automatically manage to put them in the rooms of our guest.2. your booking was a 9 nights booking and a free cleaning is included and wasn't paid or even add on your room bill. cleaning is planned every 7 days and as we check our book it was asked 2days after arrival 3.We had a very low activity and a changment of room (upgraded) was possible as you mentionned in your review that the shower was broken but not at the front desk.4. Parking lot wasn't fully booked as you said again we do not even had more than 6 car on the 15 lot available. We use to open the gate for guest now because somes of them leave the hotel with the remote.The managers never said that points noted wasn't true.

Super plan en bord de Marne et à deux pas du RER
Un établissement très bien placé en bord de Marne dans une rue calme. Les appartements sont grands, la literie moelleuse et l'accueil parfait. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait une baignoire (nous voulions une douche) et il n'y a eu aucun problème. Précisez-le dans un mail au préalable (comme si vous désirez une chambre avec 2 lits). Possibilité de parking.

La situation en bord de Marne est très agréable. Dommage qu'il y ait le RER qui passe sur le pont en faisant du bruit. A 3 min à pied de la station RER.

Breakfast was to expensive for what they were serving. Had to pay for a half cup of coffee. No air conditioning. Room was way to hot. Had to ask for 2nd fan.

When we arrived, our room was dirty.they apologise and upgraded us to a better room.no air conditioner, but there is fan.good facilities for cooking, cattle, pans,saucepans. Close to disneyland. 5 euro one way by train. And 3.65 euro to get to the paris. Had lovely time thank you.

Still room for improvement
Quiet place with comfortable bed. Have to request paper toilet at the lobby because the room is not checked daily (minor inconvenience). I wish we could call from the room but the telephone doesn't connect the network. The breakfast is pretty cool and we loved the view on the canal. Don't return too late if you park your car in the paid garage (you pay upfront for the entire stay)

Agréable découverte
Séjour agréable avec une vue sur la Marne, le personnel est bienveillant et la propreté était au rdv . Les chambres sont bien isolées et spacieuses de ce fait il règne une atmosphère apaisante . Je vous le recommande vivement. Petit bémol pas de climatisation je me demande comment ça se passe en été ?🤔 sinon dans l’ensemble c’était excellent 👌

3 nuits passées au calme en bord de Marne. Excellent accueil, respect des règles sanitaires, chambre spacieuse et propre. Seul regret le petit déjeuner bio n’est servi que du mardi au vendredi : nous n’avons pas pu y goûter !
