L'albergo era chiuso al nostro arrivo.
Nessuna mail ci è stata inviata per fornirci un pin per l'accesso. Al citofono non rispondeva nessuno ed è stato impossibile raggiungere telefonicamente il gestore.
Il servizio di hotel. com dopo un ora di stare al telefono non è stato in grado di fornirci una soluzione. Da denunciare !!!

Terrible property, especially for tourist. We received one message from the hotel saying how to get into the room and have not heard from them since despite contacting them in regards to our lack of WiFi, clean towels, and air conditioning. We did not see a single employee or other guest all 5 nights which was concerning as well. Property has absolute bare minimum of a uncomfortable bed, toilet and shower.

Horrible Check In Process
Checking in was a nightmare. There was no one at the front desk and apparently you have to text someone through WhatsApp to get the code to your room, after you send them a picture of your credit card and passport. Since my number didn’t have the country code, no one texted me and I had to sit and wait in the lobby for over an hour. Thankfully someone else was checking in (also having trouble) and they gave me the phone number to text.
Other than the check in process, the room was nice with a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The wifi didn’t work at all and I had no one in the lobby to ask for help.

Aucun accueil ! Nous sommes arrivés le soir, il y avait personne à la réception, c’est inadmissible pour un "4 étoiles"
L’établissement annoncé un SPA, nous en avons pas vu la couleur !
Ne mérite pas son titre de 4 étoiles inadmissible aucun services!!!!
