Luxury 1BR steps away from Champs Elysees

This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ) a desk corner and a large closet, a bathroom with a tub/ shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a table for four.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( 4 minutes exactly) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Great apartment so close to the Champs Elysée! Fantastic location to everything but set back in a quiet courtyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Incroyable!

This apartment was a lovely, comfortable place to stay. We were in a great location a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysées where my niece was able to do her Parisian shopping! It was located close to bakeries and wonderful restaurants. I would stay here again without question. The check in process was seamless as well.

Great pkace

This is a great place. It took four adults comfortable, but two slept on the fold-out sofa. It’s close to everything we need and close to the metro so we could get anywhere with ease. Olivier was very communicative and responded quickly to questions.

Excellent Flat and Host

We loved the place and the host was accommodating and communicative. Good sized bedroom, with a comfortable front room, kitchen, and bathroom. Looked out to a great courtyard. Just a 5 minute walk to the Champs Elysees, and less than 20 and 30 minute walks to the Arch de Triumphe and the Eiffel Tower, respectively. Grocery and bakery around the corner, and the neighborhood seems safe. All-around great place and good price.
