We checked in on Friday and went exploring the city on Saturday only to come back to a dirty room, towels and the food tray from the previous night's room service. But atleast we had tea and coffee refilled. Front desk told us they cannot assist because there was noone from housekeeping even though there should be someone there untill 22h00. On top of that, there was no manager on duty either. After multiple calls to the frontdesk, we finally got 2 clean towels. We called for late checkout at 13h00 on sunday, and 12h30 we were called to checkout. The manger processed our checkout and we took the opportunity to explain the ordeal and all she could say way im sorry and i can only offer you a discount. The point is when we raise issues, we are not necessary looking for discounts but this is how it was treated. The point is we will never stay there again, so a discount is useless
