The hotel’s staff are helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good. Although the rooms are smaller, they are nicely furnished and the bed is comfortable. The location is perfect for dining and close to many of the famous Parisian sites and museums.

A comfortable stay in an excellent location, close to the metro with lots of dining options nearby. It was a great home base for 4 nights. Just remember to bring your converter if traveling from outside the EU! I had forgotten and there were no USB outlets in our room.

We have not a single complain about this property. It was perfect in every way so there you go. Also the shower was amazing! We had a room for 2 adults and 2 teens and they each had a personal bed which they loved! Our adult bed was a king bed and I did not expect that. The bathroom was very spacious and the bedroom area as well. Good location, lotssssss of food around, would def stay here again!

We took the family room for four people. Three adults and one child. Room was small for us. Better option was to take two standard rooms. Lighting and other features in the room need improvement. But great location.

This was our first trip to Paris. The hotel was recommended by a friend. I wanted a convenient, comfortable and affordable hotel. This was perfect. We had 5th floor room with a beautiful window and amazing view. The local shops and restaurants were all great and easy to get to the attractions

This is a special hotel that may not be for everyone. It is full of character and at the same time there is attention to every detail. The breakfast, and breakfast staff, are lovely. The area is wonderful - restaurants, shops, near the Seine and easy access to Sainte Chapelle, Louvre, D'Orsay. The front desk staff (24 hours) is helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, it was our Paris home away from home and we loved it.

Disappointing Service
The hotel’s location and amenities were fine. We booked it for my spouse’s 75th birthday. The problem came with our scheduled departure. We were to leave Paris to Philadelphia on an eight hour non stop flight on Thursday. The day before our departure we received a notice that our flight was canceled due to an air traffic controller strike. We could reschedule for a 15 hour flight later that day or on the next day’s non stop flight. We opted to stay one more night. I paid $347 for the extra night, but by the time I did the next day’s non stop flight was no longer available. We decided not to stay the extra night but to leave on the 15 hour flight. As I was confirming our new flight with the airline, the front desk manager told us that we booked a non-cancelable room and would not refund our payment even though we made the reservation less than a half hour ago. We found him recalcitrant,unprofessional and totally unsympathetic to our plight. Hotels are in the service industry. This hotel should be in the non-service industry.
