Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and modern and bed was very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and happy to speak English when they saw me struggling to remember my high-school French! Would definitely stay there again, and would recommend!

This lovely little hotel is a short walk from L’arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were amazing. I had forgotten prescription medication in Canada, and the desk staff helped me arrange an appointment with a doctor nearby to get a prescription. The service was phenomenal. Thank you Arthur!

This hotel was disappointing. The elevator did not work. Every day they said it was supposed to be fixed….NEVER was so far..after 4 days of stay! The 5th floor has spiral stairs and NO ONE offered to help with luggage to the rooms. The rooms are small. The shower made a very loud noise that probably disturbed the next room. No one would be able to sleep if someone were to want to shower. There is no type of refrigerator to keep anything in the room. The patio did not allow for even have a single drink to relax UNLESS it is purchased from their small and limited “bar.” Unhappy with this stay and would not stay again nor recommend!

Regarding our elevator out of order, we are unfortunately dependent on the elevator company and the time for the supply of spare parts. I'm surprised that no one from the reception offered you to help with the luggages as we asked for a porter from the elevator company.A refrigerator is at your disposal at the front-desk to keep drinks or medicine if you need.Kinds regards,

Better than most 3 star hotels
Better than average for a 3 star. Breakfast could have been better as only hot food offered were baked beans and occasionally suasages. Staff were great and accommodating to our requests.

We loved it here. Our best stay in France. It was clean. We had wifi, a hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities. Not all hotels in France have these things. It was close to the metro. It was close to a laundry. There were lots of really good places to eat around the area within easy walking. It’s also close to the Arc de Trionphe and the Chanps Élysées. A lovely hotel.

Exceeded expectations! Especially nice was recently upgraded property, very nice and responsive staff, excellent climate control system was particularly nice on 28 - 30C temps. Only negative was lack of disabled handles in shower, dangerously slippery. I will return.

Fantastic Value.
Found the Hotel Magellan to be very comfortable, in a nice location. It isn't far at all to the Arc de Triumph and plenty of Metro stations close by. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel - clean, comfortable, quiet
Very lovely boutique hotel in a convenient neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet. Room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a short walk to Metro stations, markets, and restaurants. I would recommend.

Exceptionally clean! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful even with English speaking guests like me. I loved being able to open the window and look out onto the courtyard. Some people would likely complain that the room was small but it was perfect for my friend and I. It was a girls trip and we stayed in a room with 2 twin beds. We had everything we needed. The hotel is in a nice area and within easy walking distance to a metro station. My friend and I felt very safe walking back to the hotel even well into the night. They stored luggage after checkout and helped us get a taxi to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again myself.

Hotel was clean. Staff very helpful when our plans to travel outside Paris were cancelled due to the general strike and trains not running. Staff courtesy and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food offered

A three star hotel that is definitely a four star. Room was tiny but the amenities were excellent and included great personal care products, an iron and ironing board, lighted makeup mirror, comfortable beds, very clean room.

Lovely hotel out of the bustle, but convenient to everything. A short 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elyses shops. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, although could do with extra supplies of tea/coffee/milk

Good value for money and good cleanliness
It was very neat and clean and comfortable. there could have been things which could have been better like garden view room did not really had garden view had to ask for toilet slippers but overall it was pleasant stay. it was very neat and every staff was very helpful. Also it was absolutely very reasonable price and i would like to stay again on my next visit.

Lovely hotel. Tiny but nicely renovated rooms. This was our second stay. An excellent breakfast selection and a lovely courtyard to enjoy a cocktail. A relatively good location.
