Staff were absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful, helped me carried my bag up to my room as there was no elevator. Room was clean and comfortable. However the walls were quite thin so could hear everything from the room next door.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast. No lift, which could be a problem for some. The rooms are a little tired but the bed was really comfortable.

Great Value, clean and comfortable

Convenient, clean, not old, comfortable bed. It was quiet the night I was here but that depends on other guests. The neighborhood was quiet. The room was basic and small but I didn’t need more than that for one night near Gare Montparnasse.

No complaints, clean, friendly staff, spacious room, reasonably priced. Only 1 complaint - no elevator, which might be normal for boutique Paris hotels but hurts twice (checking in and checking out) when you’re traveling with heavy luggage. That doesn’t stop me from giving it a 5 star since you’re only experiencing that hardship twice. But if you’re traveling light, best hotel in an awesome location, surrounded by good retail, restaurants and close to major transportation options. Slow WiFi but you’re not meant to use WiFi in a hotel that much if you’re in Paris, right? All in all a good option if you are in that area.

I was able to partially checkin online (they emailed me beforehand) which made arrival very easy. There’s no elevator which wasn’t an issue but could be for some. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk from the train station on a nice, quiet street.

The location is great with many different kinds of restaurants and shops, and especially close to several Metro stations! But I’m most impressed by the professional and kind help of the staff, in particular the gentleman on night-morning shift on March 12-13. He went out of his way to help get my Uber to the right pickup position! I would recommend this place to anybody coming to Paris for business or pleasure!

Not as advertised. No window in room except looking in to a hole going from ground to roof. No elevator, website suggested booking courtyard view instead of street side well there is no courtyard. Lady at front desk was very helpful and polite . Was close for us to walk to Montparnasse train station. Breakfast ok
