Located in the 19th arrondissement, this charming apartment of 102 m2 has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Paris.
Accommodating comfortably 8 people, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Located on the 5th floor with elevator, this bright and family friendly apartment includes:
- three bedrooms with one double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a furnished balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness. Rare in Paris : you can see trees from every windows.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Mop, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- Close to the metro line 5 and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont.
- Close to many bars, shops and restaurants.

For your daily errands, a supermarket "Franprix" is just 6 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont 2 minutes walk;
- La Villette at 20 minutes;
- the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, 27 minutes by metro;
- the Musée du Louvre at 31 minutes, and many more.

Bel appartement familial, avec grand salon et balcon qui donne sur un cour boisé et tranquil. A une centaine de mètres du Parc des Buttes Chaumont et des commerces de l'Avenue de Laumière et ses environs. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et l'espace intérieur.
