Located in the heart of a lively neighbourhood in the peaceful rue d'Hauteville, this gorgeous 70 sqm apartment benefits from a central location, and invite you to stay as close as possible of the cultural activities in Paris.

On the 3rd floor without elevator of a beautiful building, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people looking for a cozy nest for their Parisian getaway.

Opening onto a nice and fully equiped kitchen, this spacious apartment enjoys a bright living room equipped with two Queen-Size sofa beds, and a very nice dinning area.

The master-bedroom benefits from a King-Size bed and storage; the bathroom is ensuite and has a walk-in shower.
The second one is equiped with a Queen-Size bed. They all have high quality mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep.

For maximum comfort, a second bathroom is available, it's separated and equiped with toilets and a walk-in shower.
This apartment has hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washer-dryer and hospitality products.

The door is equipped with a connected entry code system:
No key needed and very secure (inviolable door and a new code generated for each new rental)

Convenient and Beautiful

This apartment was really conveniently located with a Boulangerie across the street and a grocery store a quick 5 minute walk away. The apartment had a nice esthetic and a big living area. The management was very prompt about communicating and super helpful. Overall the apartment was clean and well kept, however there seemed to be an issue with ventilation and there was a musty smell. I did notify management so hopefully they are able to clear it up.

Paris entdecken

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche 13-19 Jahre alt. Wir vermissten Handtuchhalter und etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Bäckerei gegenüber bietet leckere Crossants und Baguettes an. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Est und man erreicht fußläufig Montmartre und auch den Louvre. 2 Metro-Stationen sind nicht weit entfernt.

Very disappointing

Overly used, dingy, dirty, and no character. Marks on walls and floors. Desperately needs a paint job. So depressing I had to vacate the flat. Definitely over priced. Took two full days to get the management to acknowledge my concerns. Many calls and text/chats. Finally I went to their local office in person to get resolution. They found us new flat and we moved that day. But I spent an entire day of my trip to resolve.

Family treat

The flat was difficult to find once inside the main door. It was clean, as was the linen. There was very little cooking equipment, no instructions for the electrical equipment and very very poor WiFi information. One bedroom smelled badly of drains and the flat is very very noisy from traffic.

Clean, comfortable, great access to groceries!

Overall our stay was great. The 2nd to last day one of the lower units must have lacquered their floor and the smell was horrible! We all had headaches, and coughing and could barely stand to be in the room. Not much that could have been done on the owners part, just an unfortunate experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment

Spacious, light and bright, well equipped and convenient! But this ‘ain’t country for old men’, nearly killed me, lumping our bags up 65 steps - but I’m over 80. Don’t do it unless you’re under 40.

Large simple apartment in great location

Great large apartment for our family of 2 adults and 3 youth. Has all the necessities and great view, beautiful large windows, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and close to metro in a nice building. Small downsides - smells in bathroom from old pipes (??) and very loud music on weekends. The noise from the bars was not an issue during Sunday to Thursday nights.

Great apartment in Paris

This apartment is in a very nice and convenient location. We enjoyed the Boulangerie across the street and easy walk to Metro. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable especially after a day of walking and taking in the sights of Paris. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Check in photos and description need to be clearer. Easy access from street, but then unclear that flat was No2. On 3rd floor. Why not simply state that? Also clarity over master switch inside door needs to be added.it shouldn’t require a phone call

We liked the apartment very much. Only, it was a bit noisy with the bar right down the corner. We liked the fact that we didn't have to peel the beds or doing the laundry or throwing our trash as we left at 5am. Thank you!

Wonderful location and great experience

Great experience, easy check-in and property managers very communicative. Wonderful location and incredibly clean. We put our teenage boys on the pull out couches and it was perfect. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Spacious, modern flat in the heart of Paris

We enjoyed out stay in this amazing 2bd / 2ba flat very close to Bonne Nouvelle metro station. There was plenty of room for our group and we especially loved the patisserie on the opposite corner! We hope to return again.
