Terrible little cave
It’s clear this apartment is a remodeled utility room. Finishings are very nice but we had one problem after another. Thermostats didn’t work and had to be fiixed, likewise the washer/dryer which never did work properly. The tiny court yard outside our door flooded so badly that for two days there was no way out of the apartment except walking through 4” of standing sewer water. No bedside tables, no light switch by bed. They put splayed leg bar stools and a round coffee table that allowed less than 6” passage in this extremely cramped space - very dangerous. The property manager, there didn’t appear to be a host, had a different employee involved every time we reached out about a problem. Their first response was, "that's not really a problem" or, in the case of the flooding, "we're not the owner, nothing we can do". In the end, they did get some out and they did recognize the problems but it was a painful process!
