We have a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. Cecile arranged for Philippe to pick us up from the train station, and he not only drove us to the flat but also checked us in. As a family of 4, it was really great to have 2 bedrooms _and_ 2 bathrooms (although there was only 1 toilet that was separate from the sinks and showers, which took a little getting used to). Also, my kids (teenagers) said the 2 twin beds were a little narrow, so that might be something to keep in mind. But we really valued having the living area, as we would gather there after dinner to hang out and binge-watch Stranger Things.
I loved getting pastries in the morning for a patisserie around the block, and we got sweet treats every night after dinner (ice cream from Pozetto or popsicles from La Paleteria). Excellent restaurants everywhere, and so many nice boutiques and clothing shops in walking distance.
We did have a few hiccups, with some unexpected plumbing work that had to be done during our stay followed by a leak the next day. But Cecile was extremely on top of it, and she worked closely with me to arrange for someone to come address it immediately. These things happen, and I thought she did a great job of making sure we were ok while also taking care of the problems in the flat.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you want to feel like you're really living in Paris!
