"The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"Very nice air conditioned studio apartment. Very good kitchen and eating equipment plus a dish washer. Really comfortable bed and the whole apartment was very clean. I didn’t use my balcony because of the noise from the road however because the windows were double glazed and there was secondary double glazing you couldn’t hear any road noise with the windows shut."

"No dining whatsoever. No towels for pool or change of towels. 1 roll of toilette paper provided for the entire week. Terrace had wasps : the technician said it was just « nice bees » and did not treat it. The spa is not accessible to guests and charges for use of sauna and indoor pool. This is not a 4 star facility . Daily breakfast was dismounting : no scrambled eggs or bacon. 1 croissant or chocolate croissant . Only ham . Not worth it. We were disappointed and will not return or recommend...

"Nous venons depuis plusieurs années .Le centre est toujours calme, propre et bien tenu. Les autres vacanciers et résidents sont respectueux et bienveillants. Le personnel reste professionnel, disponible et efficace. Un lieu où on peut vraiment se reposer. On recommande sans hésiter. Vous y retournez une fois, vous y revenez toujours. "

"This is a managed property, not a hotel. The room was clean, serviced daily, and decently appointed, the building had a nice pool, and the location was good (15-20 minute walk from the port/center of Saint Tropez). That said, it was also tiny and overpriced and other residents were loud and noisy at the pool until the wee hours of the morning since there is no management present in the evening, hence the average rating."

"Very nice quiet place"

"Exactly like pictures very well equipped. 15 minute walk to le lavandou beach and supermarket nearby. Very nice area. Clean and comfortable. Owner very friendly and helpful but only spoke French so hard to communicate. Overall, would recommend and would stay again!"

"We stayed for a week at this villa and we had great fun. The villa is beautiful and the pool area is perfect. The area is nice and quiet but only minutes drive from the centre of Cavalaire. We’d definitely stay here again"

"The views and location are amazing but the lack of air conditioning and amount of mosquitoes and the uncomfortable beds made sleeping difficult. There was no wifi which was surprising and is expected everywhere. We stayed for 4 nights and dreaded going to sleep, my kids are covered in mosquito bites. The property supplied plugs but they made no difference. The rooms also only have 1 power point so have to chose between fan or mosquito plug. It was extremely hot the week we stayed."
