Parc Regard-sur-le-fleuve

Although the property is not old the common areas are badly in need of replacement or at least very deep cleaning . Our suite had a non functioning coffee maker and a bathroom sink that barely drained . The patio had cigarette buts that littered it. Otherwise the suite is well located the staff friendly and helpful. I would say the suite is over priced but is downtown Montreal.

They mop the floor everyday!! And the location is awesome you can either walk to old Montreal or Downtown.
