"We’re so glad we chose this hotel. We had an early arrival and they allowed us to check in early just after noon. Staff was so efficient and friendly. Our room was a regular king room and it was so spacious! And modern. We even had a little view of the sea. Shower was spacious, clean, with good water pressure. The location is also fantastic, close to the train station that you can walk to, and right in the heart of the town shops and ferry service to Portofino. The rooftop bar has an amazing view with cozy seating."

But the bus makes it easy to go and grab groceries etc. if you have mobility issues the apartment is up some stairs. The room was very small so I request an upgrade which I was happy to pay for- the receptionist explained they had a room but it was being cleaned, for us to go enjoy lunch and come back to sort it out. On our return they had sold the room to someone else. Hotel location is nice, rooms tiny and old/ worn. Beach set up in also very small with sun loungers crammed together. the beach is lovely. Stay in a proper hotel and come use the beach!"
