"This 2-level apartment is simply incredible, it was even better than the pictures, and it had all the appliances one might need. The host Olga, was so great about answering all our questions even before our stay started. We had a slight hiccup with the washing machine, so Olga was kind enough to send our laundry to an outside vendor and have it ready for us the same day. "Check in was woeful!!!! Bar& kitchen staff were very helpful but remote check-in management did not work (unlike some other hotels that seem to know how to manage Wotif bookings). It took well over an hour to get the entry codes. And then thebroom heating did not work - and remote management could not get anyone to fix it (being a Sunday is no excuse). At leadt the shower was hot - we hadnt get warm somehow. I've been more comfortable camping!!"
