「This place is great! But Bookabatch has absolutely terrible customer service! Book this property directly with Bachcare, they are still based in NZ and don't have customer service call centres based overseas. We tried to change our booking and it was virtually impossible as their app doesn't work! They don't reply to their emails and their call centre said they would call back, they never did. Luckily I was able to go through Bachcare and they sorted it eventually. 」

「Not enough wine glasses for 8 pax, we bought 4 and left in cupboard to share. Coffee machine does not have the correct basket in coffee holder to brew the coffee. coffee grinds were very hard to get out to make next one which made a hell of a mess. We wasted a lot of the coffee. If you put the correct basket in it will make a nice coffee.」

「5 of us stayed here for 3 days. When we arrived the layout of the airbnb was confusing and at first we thought we had to go outside just to get to the other half of the house then we moved a fridge and there was a door. It was freezing, There were no extra blankets and the down stairs kept flooding with water. The kitchen had minimal appliances and cookwear. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to town, with beautiful views. I did reach out to the owners asking for more heaters and blankets...
