This villa, located in Panissières, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, an indoor pool, open all year, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and 3 including a double bed, The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a dressing room, central heating, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan, a washing machine and a desk.
Note that the cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
Parties are not allowed and guests must be respectful of neighbours. Quietness must be respected, especially after 10pm. The property is not suitable for birthdays and parties.
