「I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. 」

「３度目の利用です。ホテルは快適に過ごせ、スタッフもいつも笑顔で、対応も非常によく気持ちよく過ごせます。ホテルの問題ではありませんが、宿泊者の質がかなり下がっているので残念です。サービスが少しずつ低下してきているのが気になります。今回訪れて気になったのは 1.朝食にマンゴーが出なくなった（3月に泊まった時は全日出ていた） 2.タオルのパフォーマンスがなくなった（ワニや犬など大作も作ってくれて楽しかった）これ以上、低下しないことを望みます。あと、送迎があまりにも高すぎる（往復一人700P）。最初に訪れた時は古いタグビララン空港だったのでホテルまで40分ほどかかりました。その時で往復一人600P。しかし、前回の訪問時からは新しい空港になっており、ホテルまで5分。なのに、一人700Pはぼったくりです。いくら交渉しても港（旧空港近く）でも新空港からでも700Pだ、と全く意味がわからない主張をされています。どんなに高くても1台300Pくらいにすべきだと思います。この距離なら無料送迎にして欲しいです。」

「The property is in a quiet position situated away from the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and the rest of the hotel was very clean and maintained. Very relaxing atmosphere at the pool, it wasn't busy and perhaps that made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a place to stay again.」

「アロナビーチの中心から少し離れているので騒がしくなく落ち着いた雰囲気でホテル敷地内でゆっくりと過ごしたい人向きです。プライベートビーチは砂浜ではなく、岩場でゴツゴツしていますがシュノーケルなどを楽しむには良いです。プールも大人も子供用もあります。ホテル・アロナビーチ間の無料シャトルバスも毎時走ってるので買い物や食事のお出かけにも便利です。スタッフと皆愛想がよく又泊まりたいと思いました。」

「静かで過ごしやすい、シャワーの水圧少し弱めサービスウォーターは１日一本では不足なので2本にして欲しい、スタッフは皆丁寧で優しく対応してくれてるので問題ないです、ただ街中にでるのにトライクでいくのに150ペソ片道必要でホテル前の道が未舗装なのでガタガタと揺れが凄いです、家族連れには落ち着いた良いホテルだと思います！」

「We stayed 2 nights with my parents and 1 year old baby at this small but homy and cozy resort. For families with kids, I recommend villas with pool access because kids can access very easily to the lagoon pool just in front.
