- The property DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
- Stairs are required to access the property.
- The water on property is WELL WATER. The well water has a sulfur odor present but has been tested and deemed Satisfactory for Human Consumption by Chautauqua County. The water was tested in March 2024 for other contaminants and was found to be within safe levels by EPA standards. In order to improve the water quality an iSpring Whole home water filter has been installed in the basement, an Aquabliss shower filter in the main bathroom, and filtered fridge water for drinking.
