「Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!」

She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location...

「We always stay this neighborhood because it gives the feeling of being secluded at the beach, which is hard to find on 30A. The area is convenient to the beach, all that 30A has to offer and quick trip out to HWY 98. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! The communication with the host was great!We will certainly stay again!」
