Welcome to Beachwalk Condominiums 17B — your peaceful home base in beautiful Panama City Beach. This two-story, two-bedroom, two-bath townhome sleeps up to five guests and offers a comfortable, coastal-inspired setting with relaxing pool views and all the amenities you need for a stress-free vacation. Tucked into a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and just a short block from the shoreline, this charming condo is perfect for families, couples, or small groups ready to enjoy both the beach and the laid-back atmosphere of PCB.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining space ideal for shared meals or late-night board games. Unwind in the cozy living room with a movie on the Smart TV or step outside onto your private patio to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while overlooking the community pool.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, private balcony, and a full bathroom with shower, offering a peaceful space to recharge after a day in the sun. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with twin/full bunk beds and easy access to the upstairs bathroom. An additional sleeper option (futon) in the second bedroom ensures everyone has a spot to relax. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, free high speed Wi-Fi, coffee bar, desk / workstation and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay feel just like home.

When you're not lounging by the pool or enjoying the shaded picnic area, head just one block to the soft white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. There is an assortment of beach toys, chairs an umbrella and beach wagon for your convenience. Spend your day sunbathing, swimming, and shell hunting, then come back for a quick rinse and another swim in the community pool. The on-site tennis court adds a fun, active option for your crew, while nearby attractions like Pier Park, Gulf World, and endless dining options give you plenty of reasons to explore.

Great family-friendly property overall. The townhouse has everything you need. 2 bdrm, 2 bath, and a full kitchen. Near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It was pretty quiet during our stay.
