Disappointed – Poorly Cleaned and MaintainedWe were very disappointed with our stay at this condo. The pictures online were misleading and did not reflect the true condition of the property. The unit was poorly cleaned and maintained — we found broken patio chairs, mold on the shower curtains and exterior-facing curtains, and dirty sheets that clearly hadn't been properly laundered. The dryer didn’t work and even stained some of our clothes. Everything in the condo felt dated, worn out, and in need of serious repair or replacement. Would not recommend until the property is thoroughly cleaned, maintained, and updated. When this was brought up to the owner the only solution was to immediately vacate the property for a refund.

What a great week in a beautiful condo! We booked for our annual family vacation(we’ve been coming every summer for 10 years now)… We hadn’t stayed this far east(or at Majestic before), and have to say we enjoyed it! The condo was very clean, well furnished, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Convenience to the elevator right by the room was awesome as well… Mark checked in with us the morning we came down and was quick to respond when we had random question during our stay! Being right down the street from Walmart for a grocery pickup I ordered before coming down was nice, and I loved that security had different style carts for loading a week’s groceries up 23 floors! All in all, we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

We are two sets of grandparents each with an 8 year-old granddaughter. There was plenty of room for all of us with a sleeper couch to spate. The place was beautiful, clean and close to everything. Security was highly visible in many locations. They have an indoor pool and a couple of outdoor pools. There's also a little market on the premesis along with a grill/bar. We had a fantastic time and will be back!!

Condo 2324 was the absolute perfect place for our trip. From the location to the views to the price, we could have not asked for more. It was clean and just as described. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of things to cook and eat with. Spring break tends to be a little hectic but we had zero problems finding good parking spots, no trouble getting in/out of parking garage, the elevators were extremely fast! There were never any police showing up due to “spring breakers”. Lots of families and kids around so we fit right in with our crew! I cannot recommend this place enough!

This condo has a nice view. The only downside was the fact that not everything was as clean as one would expect. The owner was very helpful. My kids, especially like the Theater that was included in the condo.

No staff other than security to answer questions. Have to search to find luggage carts. $40 parking fee is a bit much. Majestic is an older condo, and showing it's age. I was the first in the family to arrive and did a quick inspection of the place. The washer and dryer are great. The oven seemed to not have been cleaned as it had a white substance all over it,debris hanging from the racks and the racks are all rusty and deteriorating.The oven walls are rusting as well. So I had to clean before I allowed my family to cook Thanksgiving dinner in it. I own a cleaning service and I can say that whoever they use to clean this unit does not do a good job. Hair everywhere! I would never leave a clients unit like this. The unit was well stocked with linens. The kitchen had a few odds and ends. The beds are in serious need of an upgrade. They are so uncomfortable, like sleeping on plywood. And it's ALL of them not just one.They were so bad that half of my family left a day early because they couldn't take the beds one more night. My son slept on the couch the last night because it was softer than the bed.I checked out super early because I couldn't lay there any longer. It was truly the worst sleep I ever had. The views are stunning and that's why I gave the rating a 3. The condo needs work, replace the bad things and a give it a good good deep cleaning! I would not recommend.

Loved this property. It had an amazing view and plenty of space in the condo. The walk to the parking garage was a little long but loved the 24hr security they had. Felt very safe. Kids had a blast at the pool. Loved the bar next to the pool area for mom and dad. It was super close to everything. Would definitely stay again. Great property.

Condo was just as described, if not better. Very clean and spacious. Beds were all very comfortable. Balcony overlooking the beach was breathtaking. Communication with owner was quick & fabulous. Resort was clean and workers friendly. Pool area had plenty of room & beach was clean. Plan on visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Beach Resort. The unit was clean and was the nicest place and people. We will definitely be going back. They have several pools and we got breakfast in their little Starbucks cafe downstairs. My daughter purchased food from their bar and grill and it looked really good. I would definitely recommend staying here.
