Enjoy a beachfront condo in a fabulous family-friendly low-rise complex! Park in front of the condo, no long walks with luggage and no long elevator waits! Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles, a public grilling area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts.
The condo is walking distance to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Ms. Newby’s Bar, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, and more.

**The resort requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years old.
*Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking. It is charged by the stay and is in addition to any fees already collected. Currently, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle. After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the parking fee**
*Trailers are allowed at Sugar Beach. Trailers are $100 per space and must be approved before arrival.
*Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be available upon registration/check in. There is a $50 Owner/Host Pet Fee. THE HOA registration Pet Fee is $80 for first pet and $40 for a 2nd pet for 3 nights or less. If the reservation is 4 nights or more, the fee is $150 for the First Pet and $50 Second Pet. Limit 2 pets per stay. There is no weight limit, but there is an aggressive breed restriction: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked - some of the things were nicer than what I have at home! Trent was very pleasant and checked on us each day. Everything was just as described in the listing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Had an incredible stay!! Complex was very clean, well kept and excellent parking. Condo was amazing, clean, stocked with essentials. Very comfortable bed and couches. Loved being on bottom floor with outside patio and access to common areas. Would definitely recommend!!!

Super clean, perfectly laid out, excellent location! It is fully stocked, anything you could need in the kitchen etc is there. Communication is top notch, Trent is a phone call away & very helpful. The entire complex is great, not too big so its not overcrowded. The ponds in the center are beautiful & full of turtle & fish to feed. Pool is great & your steps from the beach. We will 100% be back to stay in this condo! 10/10

Worst condo experience we have ever had.

My husband decided last minute that he wanted to go to the beach for his birthday. Our options were limited at that point for a pet friendly condo on the beach. We were a little hesitant to chose this unit and should have went with our gut. We arrived late and pretty much went straight to bed once we arrived. Our first impression was not great but we decided we could make it work for a couple days. It wasn't until the next morning when we really started looking around the condo that we regretted our decision. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the kitchen was not much better. There were several maintenance issues such as a random piece of mismatched countertop in the corner obviously covering up something as well as loose outlet covers. I did reach out to the owner and he offer to refund our cleaning deposit which we never received. I do not recommend this place at all.
