Great location for beach and entertainment! House was perfect size for our family. Only issue we had was the guest house upstairs bedroom. We were not aware that its only access is from outside and not within the guest house. We received quick responses whenever contacting the the rental agency. They were great. Will use them again!

Beach getaway

Homes are located a 6 minute walk from the beach ( yes, we timed it.). Both contained all the amenities expected- starting supplies, kitchen appliances and utensils. There were PLENTY of pool toys and beach accessories as well. One nice surprise was the pool company made a midweek stop to check on chemical and cleanliness ( no other place has ever done this and the pools can get quite nasty going so long between ). We had a couple of maintenance concerns, but they were handled quickly and professionally. The only thing that families need to know is that in the guest house, the stairway between the floors is outdoors. This was disconcerting because he had planned on the children sleeping there. Had they been older, it would not have been a concern at all.

Family Beach vacation

The house was very well maintained. Guest house was nice to have. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve ever been in for a rental. Loved the screened in porch for eating outside minus bugs. The pool was clean and heated. Quiet neighborhood location was very nice with a short walk to a private beach. You could call a beach chair and umbrella company for set up each day which was great. 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to Rosemary beach shopping and restaurants. We had a great time with lots of memories!

Spring break

Our overall stay was pretty positive. The rooms were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The property is located very close to the beach and close to the grocery store. And just to be clear, the guest house 1st and 2nd floor are connected by an external staircase. We had planned on sleeping the kids in the bunk beds, but someone had to sleep in the living room since none of the doors had a deadbolt. Also the pull out couch in the guest house is terrible. The mattress is probably 4 inches thick and you can absolutely feel all of the metal underneath. Thankfully we found a nice air mattress and used that instead. There are really not enough bathroom towels for a place that sleeps 16 people. We had 8 adults and if we wanted to wash any towels, there wasn’t enough extra to use while the other ones were washing. There are also not enough kitchen towels. The Wi-Fi at the guest house was broken, but our local contact helped us get it fixed and it wasn’t really a big deal since we spent most of our time at the main house. The houses could really use a full size broom. Our local contact was great. If it wasn’t for them I would review the place much much lower. Our VRBO contact, while readily available and quick to respond, gave us a lot of wrong information. He told us we couldn’t check in early, but the local person told us it they had a vacancy and we could’ve checked in early. He also gave us the wrong codes for the houses so we couldn’t initially get into the gu

Great location

The house was walking distance to the beach. They provided lots of chairs and umbrellas and a wagon to push it all to the beach, that made all the difference. The house was clean but had a few bugs. The dryer in the guest house wasn't working so that was a bummer. We had a great time.

Great location and short walk to the beach

The main house was very nice and updated and great for the adults in my family. The guest house has a bunk bed and pullout bed from the couch so better for kids/teenagers and only 1 bathroom. I wouldnt suggest a regular size family stay on the first floor of the guest house. The upstairs in thr guest house is 1 bed/bath so again not for a family. Its also in need of some updates and repairs. The company was great to work with and responded fast when I texted the contact. The pool was nice to have after a long day at the beach and the house came with so many beach chairs/wagon/floats that you dont need to buy or bring your own!

Perfect set up

The house was a perfect set up with all the things we needed for Thanksgiving. It was well stocked in the kitchen. Very clean. The only complaint I would have is the guest house door didn't work to get from upstairs/downstairs/pool side. And the A/C-heat didn't work upstairs in the guest house. It would get very hot up there during the day so in the hotter months it would be miserable, but November temps made it bearable. The heated pool was AMAZING! The kids loved it.

Perfect

This was our 2nd time staying at this home. It fits our family perfectly with the private heated pool and the short walk to the private beach access. Management was very responsive and quick when reaching out with questions.

Good but not accurate description online

The main house was nice and clean although there is no way anyone could sleep on the third floor - it’s way too hot. The kitchen wasn’t great because the table layout (trying to have the biggest table in a small spot) made it hard to move around in. For “sleeping 17” it was disappointing there weren’t more chairs in the only room big enough for everyone to gather. The guest house smelled musty and wasn’t the same quality as the main house. The apartment in the guest house should be described as an apartment as it has a separate entrance and could only be for an adult - not children. It currently makes it seem like the guest house is all one and it isn’t. Overall, the house was fine, just need to change the o line description so people understand. There was a wagon and several chairs which was a great surprise and fully appreciated.

Great Group Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The spaces were nice, especially if you appreciate the ability to have some optional privacy. The main house and guest house are connected by the fenced in pool area, which is also super nice for families with small children. You don’t have to worry about them breaking out of the house and falling into the pool. There is one bedroom/bathroom on the second floor of the guest house that is outdoor entry only - not a problem, just mentioning as it was hard to tell in photos. It could get pretty warm but made for three totally separate sleeping situations (main house, guest downstairs and guest upstairs), which was handy. They had the house stocked with everything to get you started, linens were fresh/clean and the crib plus high chair were super handy for us. The house is a very short walk to the beach and on a quiet dead-end. We loved the location - also a quick drive or bike ride to Alys and shirt drive to Rosemary, etc. I should note, we read other reviews that beach chairs were available to use, but that had changed when we arrived so we were sort of in a pickle because we opted not to bring those to have extra space in the car having read they were available (and didn’t want to buy more since we already have some). Not a big deal, just noting for anyone else who are planning for a stay.
