Regency Towers Beach Resort collects a $40 Registration fee at time of check for parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Two parking passes maximum per unit. Summer and busy weekends renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo. There is an overflow lot available for extra parking.
