Included is a king bed, queen sofa bed and a sleeper chair. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The covered back patio overlooks the Lilly covered pond and dock for fishing. This unit is right next to the pool and walking distance to Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre and Frank Brown Park, making it the perfect place to stay if you're attending events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Jeep Jam, Thunder Beach and more!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.
