*There is an additional fee to obtain parking passes and pool bands that is not included in the booking total. The initial registration fee is $50.00 USD plus tax, which will include one parking pass and pool bands for each member of the party. Additional parking passes are $30.00 USD plus tax.
*Pet Policy: There is a Pet Fee in the amount of $20.00 USD plus tax per pet for Grand Panama which is Nonrefundable. There is also a $100.00 USD plus tax per pet for Sail Away Vacation Rentals which is completely Nonrefundable as well. Pet animals must be 25 pounds or less ( small dogs only ) and a maximum of two pets are allotted; there are no exceptions for these HOA rules. *Tenants must provide the completed animal registration form, proof of vaccinations, current picture of pet, and applicable documentation for emotional dogs/cats or service to receive a pet sleeve. The registration form is part of the guest registration process online. If granted, pet sleeves will be included in your registration packet and can be picked up at the Registration Desk in the Tower 2 lobby. A conditional license is subject to termination in the event the pet is not properly registered with the HOA.

*Parking is available for two vehicles. Guests must register and pay in advance of arrival for their parking passes, wristbands, and any pets. Registration is $50 for the first vehicle, payable to the resort directly. The second vehicle (if applicable) is an additional $30 and motorcycles are an additional $15.
*Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $125 per pet. Pets must be 25 pounds or less. Some breeds are restricted, please check with us prior to booking to ensure your breed is allowed.
