Very family friendly place

We enjoyed our stay at pinnacle port. Was very family friendly wasn’t crowded even for a holiday weekend. The condo was nice and just big enough for our small family. The beach is close to unit so not too far to walk. Pool was great! We enjoyed the grill by the pool it by far was our fav thing!

Great get away

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port. We love the seclusion and the beach view right from our balcony. It is a gated community and if you love shell hunting, this is the place.

Perfect spot

Loved the condo and really everything about it. Bunks are suggested that top person be no more than 100lbs which I hadn’t noticed prior to booking (our 10yo is 95lbs so I was a little nervous). I noticed the queen bed cover was stained anlong with an anccent pillow and could be replaced. Perfect location beach wasn’t overcrowded, family enjoyed it very much!

Cozy room

We had never stayed this far west in PCB, FL. It was a wonderful experience. The room was great! The pool was nice. The beach was not crowded. Publix was nearby. Pier park was just a skip away. The gated neighborhood was a nice surprise. Keeps the ruffians out. We felt safe! Quiet and minimal traffic. Check in and check out were very simple.

Great location and easy stay!

This condo was exactly as listed. The location was great, very close to the beach and pool. It’s also close to amenities like grocery store. The management company was very communicative and helpful.

No more VRBO through Four Star

Year after year we have stayed at Pinnacle Port. We will go straight through Pinnacle Port next rental. No more vrbo. The condo was the right size and looked like the pictures. But it wasnt clean. The hideaway bed was absolutely disgusting. Had blood stains and other debree on it. The fans had dust hanging off them. The rug in the bathroom was pretty dilapidated and the Hisense machine (dehumidifier)made loud noises. If this place was cleaned up and taken care of correctly then it would be a nice rental.

Fall Break Beachin’

The property was great for our family of 4! There was plenty of room for our boys to have a buddy come stay the night, since there were 10 other families from our town in TN there in Carillon!! Condo was clean and welcoming. Beach was clean and just a few steps from the condo. The only negative is the bathtub drain is super slow, but that was not enough to affect our stay. There was plenty to do within minutes, and our family would definitely stay here again!

Pictures don’t do justice

This condo is nestled at the back of a gated community in Carillon Beach with 24 hour security. It is about 10 minutes from cute shops in Rosemary Beach along 30A and Pier Park is about 15 mins in the opposite direction. It was only 25 minutes from the outlet mall in Sandestin. I enjoyed the beach entrance being right beside the building. Usual resorts take forever, walking around the pool area and so on. You walk out the condo and you’re on the beach quick! The balcony view is not shown well, but it’s a great view of the beachfront. The pictures of the resort aren’t good on the listing. The 2 pools are fabulous. The outdoor pool is across from the condo and the indoor pool is a short walk to the main building. The grill besides the main pool is a good and quick lunch spot. The top bunk states no one over 100lbs, so if you have younger kids, it’s perfect. If you’re cooking, the oven is slow to preheat but that doesn’t take away from overall coziness of the condo. There is a humidifier in the condo. At first, it was a little loud, but we got used to it. Other than those two things, the condo was 5 out of 5! The staff were friendly and looked for something we thought was left but later found. TVs have DIRECTV and streaming services like Netflix. Overall 5 stars - we will be back!

Almost perfect…

Condo is clean, a/c is cool, location is convenient to the beach; however, the neighboring condo was undergoing renovations. This wasn’t an issue at night as they were courteous of the time, but it made midday nap time for the little ones less than ideal. It was extremely noisy and for long periods of time.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the balcony and playing in the pools and at the playground. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids (ages 5 and 7). The place was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Very short walk from our door to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Dec-Jan 2023 week stay

Property was as advertised. Bathroom, kitchen, bed and living areas were clean and appeared freshly done. Only issue was the living room furniture that was a little worn but I put towels over the arms and all was good. The little bunk beds would have been delightful for someone traveling with small children. Very cute. Location is absolute best. Beautiful beach, nice pools, tennis courts and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Love Pinnacle Port.
