Overall great for a getaway. Perfect distance from beach. Front office was amazingly kind and friendly. Property was well kept. Pools were nice. Would most definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again. From check in to check out everything was flawless.

We knew coming into the property that it was somewhat outdated, what we didn’t expect was a uncleaned shower, molded shower liner, rugs not vacuumed, stained sheets, dirty dishes, and everything coated in dust. We appreciated the abundance of kitchen appliances/ dishes and plentiful linens. The whole place just needs a good cleaning too to bottom, even simply wiping down doorframes, cabinets, and lightswitches/outlets that have dust and stains caked on them would make the place look a lot nicer. It could be a very nice property, just needs to be kept up with in a decent manner.

Wonderful amenities!

Loved all the amenities. Walk right out to the beach , pool,& snack bar is a bonus. Property manager on site is wonderful!! Would stay here again! Clean and affordable.

Paradise vacation.

I loved everything about these condos! The wonderful breeze through the hallways and balconies. There were so many private/not private special sitting places all around the pool! You can branch off from the crowd and sit with a group and chit chat. The pool was spacious enough for everyone! So close to the ocean! There was a snack bar, concession vending machines, ice machine, etc. the condo was super clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was the best vacation of my life! I will going back repeatedly year after year!

Very poor condo

When viewing the pics of the condo we thought we were in for a treat with the futons and bed. Could not be further from the truth. The bed was as hard as the floor. One futon had a split in it. The other was hard and uncomfortable. The door lock did not lock at first. The entire first day it would not stay locked. The kitchen was straight out of 1950. During a rain, the hallway outside of the condo was ankle deep in water. The pool and beach were nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed especially for the cost of the rental.

Worth it with awesome resort

It is what it is, a clean place to stay, get cleaned up and enjoy the area. The owners definitely took care of us. Seem to care about there customers. Good location

This property is right on the beach and has beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset! Everything worked in my room and the people who worked there were very nice!

Unhappy customer

I had to get another hotel room for my daughter, grandbaby, and cousin. The lights did not work properly and ac was very loud in all it was horrible. The security guard at the front was absolutely rude and I could never get intouch with the property manager or owner of the condo about this matter.

It was ok

Was nice for a short trip. Wasn’t told how to get into the room. When we did get to the room it wasn’t ready and the microwave and tv wouldn’t work. Never heard back from owner on how to get in. Wasn’t told about how to check out till after we left. It was in a nice location and the overall place was kept clean.

Unacceptable

The AC didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, the floors were so dirty that everything got stained (feet, babies clothes, socks). We swept, mopped and vacuumed but could not get it clean.

Good Property

Way better than the big properties on either side. Clean, enjoyable, friendly, and worth the trip. Glad we stayed here and would do it again.

Had A blast the rooms are nothing fancy but cozy definitely works to sleep and clean up in and when your on a budget its perfect . beach access is great not a far walk and clean pools clean and there's a snack shop right there they are a little pricey though . Definitely would stay here again

Room wasn't nice

The blinds were all on the ground broke I had to find spare in closet and fix it. The tv didn't work the entire time we were there. And wifi wasn't available. Best part was the bar by pool definitely won't stay here agiain. Room was just beat up and the futons had stains on them.
