Family Vacay!!

Had a great time with husband and twin 13 year old girls. Brought an air mattress for living room as they didn’t want to use sofa bed. Master bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. However, the entire complex seems to need some upgrading/repairs and the beach chair rental service is TERRIBLE! Booked 4 chairs/2 umbrellas for 4 days which wasn’t cheap. They don’t tag your chairs so everyday it’s a first come first get. Some days we didn’t even have 4 chairs near each other and If you left your chairs to grab a bite they “assumed” you weren’t coming back and picked up your chairs as early as 2 o’clock!!! Poor service & a waste of money! Tried to do banana boat & parasailing but waited at hut for 20mins and nobody ever came!

Mold, A Filthy Coffee maker and trip hazards VRBO

Terrible maintenance. As the contractor RealJoy reported via email, no one inspects the appliances; they rely on cleaning staff or the renter to report. So, how can a prospective vacationer know? I asked but was refused to change accommodations; instead, they wanted to come in and clean the black mold while I occupied the unit. I booked with VRBO but was passed on once I paid VRBO to RealJoy Vacations, and VRBO seems to have NO control or say once you pay them.

Great stay- love Long Beach. Kitchen could use some cookie sheets/ baking pans. Also would prefer that shower had a door— water pressure not good- hard to rinse hair.

September get away

Had a great time ! Everything was just as advertised. Great location close to everything. The balcony view was amazing ! Would definitely recommend this listing and I would stay here again for sure.

Beautifully decorated condo with great views from huge balcony!

Condo was updated and very pretty. Decor was super cute and beachy. Balcony was amazing with a lot of comfortable tall chairs and the views were spectacular!!! Very clean complex with friendly staff. The pool and beach were super easy to access. Notes for owner. Decor is super cute! Great job on making it cozy! A few things that could improve stay. Dishwasher needs to be bolted in as it shifts quite a bit and comes out of the space under counter. Ceiling fan in master only runs one speed (low) and chain is broken. Washer and dryer doors won’t stay shut and need to be reversed for easier access in the small space. Not a lot of places to store food or items brought from home as every cabinet is full. May be a good idea to put a shelving rack inside of the pantry closet. Need towel hangers on walls in bathroom area and on patio. Need extra blanket in master.

Great Place

Our condo was clean, everything worked as it should, it had some up grades kitchen/bathroom counter tops), it could still use a few more. With that being said I would definitely stay here again. Great for walking to nearby restaurants. The 3 pools/hot tubs were great ( not too crowded). The tiki bar was a little expensive (the guy said they have to serve them in souvenir cups) $17 beer (no way). Balcony had a great view from living room or bedroom!

Great resort

This was our first time to stay at Long Beach Resort and we were not disappointed. We had several groups of friends staying in different towers so we got a good view of the entire facility. Everything was clean, elevators were fast and our condo was perfect. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great Long Weekend at Long Beach

The latest of several stays at Long Beach Resort. The unit had great layout for a 1 BR where the outer bathroom area (sink) is accessible from both the bedroom and living area. Very clean and well decorated unit. Fantastic balcony views.

Great trip, I enjoyed a last minute getaway and my secret service detail were able to make sure we were not bothered at all. Only negative is the toilet took 30 years to flush.

10 day get away

Wonderful!

We love this condo- it’s our second time here. The layout is perfect, it’s so nice to be able to open the balcony doors in the living room and bedroom and hear the sea at all times! The bed is comfy and we slept really well. Location can’t be beat- the beach is beautiful and it’s awesome to be right there. We hope to be back again!

Decent place, but will not be returning

Me and my partner had a decent stay. My main complaints would have to be with the bathroom, the dirty dishes, and stained linens. There was poor plumbing & water pressure issues. I’m 5’2”, and could easily touch the ceiling while in the shower. It was obvious the condo hadn’t had a deep clean in sometime. Most of the dishes had to be re-cleaned upon arrival as well as the linens. Also, there was only one working elevator with no central air flow, and it was a fight to get a luggage cart. Also, the hang out grill on the property is extremely overpriced. Decent place to stay but expected a cleaner condo given the checkout requirements and price.

Amazing!

This property was amazing. It looked just like the pictures. When we arrived to our unit we were greeted with a nice card for our birthday and anniversary, and they even had a cake for us in the fridge! Real Joy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! They view from the balcony was beautiful. Watching the sunrise and sunset was breathtaking, and listening to the ocean was so peaceful. I wish our vacation didn't have to end, but we throughly enjoyed it! Thanks Real Joy for making our stay extra special! We will definitely book with you all again!

Exceptional

Absolutely wonderful! Exceeded the description, amazing view and balcony area. Very clean, comfortable, perfect for a couple. Would definitely stay here again. Being a believer in Christ and avid coffee drinker the coffee cups were an added confirmation that it was the right pick for our stay.

Beautiful private beach

Perfect for two People. Gorgeous view. Easy access to beach. We were so impressed with how well kept and clean the resort was. Elevators even smelled fresh and clean. We did not have any communication with a property manager but we didn’t t really need it. The bathtub was very large with tall sides. I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with difficulty stepping into something like that.

We loved the location and the condo. Had everything we could have wanted. Maybe the balcony door could use a little attention it was just so hard to open and close. The balcony was the best one ever, great place to relax!! We hope to return
