First of all the views are spectacular. We saw some amazing sunsets. I probably would have seen more beautiful sunrises if I had not been sleeping in after our days on the clean beach withe the clear water to enjoy. The condo was very nice we had plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. The 2 masters were very large and just what I needed to feel relaxed and comfortable. I will say the twin room is definitely built for younger children being that it is on the smaller size but my son said it was comfortable and he stayed in there when we weren't outside so I guessit was. The beds were great. There was a closet of some beach toys and things to make sand castles. My first on in years. Even though it was the 20th floor the elevator never took long to arive. My brother enjoyed the bar downstairs for a quick meal and a drink and the cafe had nice hotdogs and Ice cream. My husband liked the pool and hot tub. MY mother was just grateful for the air-conditioning ceiling fans and seeing us happy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will retur.

Too many ridiculous rules

Rented for a girls trip. Microwave did not work in kitchen but no big deal we used the one in the kitchenette. Air conditioning in main unit needs fixed it could not keep up. The place is beautiful but the rules and management of the place are ridiculous! Kids cannot jump in the pool, the way the kids were approached was ridiculous. Oh and you cannot place a drink anywhere around the pool no matter what it is it needed to be on a table, we got a parking violation for parking with a scooter ramp on the back because it was in a wrong area. It was a final warning car would be towed.. no first warning given just a piece of paper on the window. Had I not gone to my car that morning it would have been gone!! Cannot leave your sandy chair by your own door at the end of the hall it is a violation! We were approached by “Karen” type owners there that would quickly tell you where you can and cannot sit, smoke,vape, jump, put an umbrella etc.. we are a bunch of 40 and 50 yr old ladies having a good time not tearing anything up and it was like visitors were not welcome and they were trying everything to get us to leave…. So overall nice room, nice people to rent from but we will not stay here again. The management and owners of the building are aweful to be around but the two ladies at the security gate are amazing!!

Beautiful view

Great condo. Suggestions: Bring extra toilet paper. Be aware that the room with the 2 bunk beds have a weight limit of 115 pounds. There are 2 futons and a sleeper sofa, however, there was only bedding for the sleeper sofa, bring extra sheets and blankets if you need to use the futons. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for 9 guests. The bunk bed room was used to store luggage and the beach wagon since none in our group could sleep on the beds due to the weight limit of 115 pounds.

Great place.

This is an excellent property. So much cleaner than most beach properties I’ve stayed at. I especially liked that they had ditched the “bedspreads,”. This condo is in the best location. It has comfortable furniture. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation spot

We had an amazing time here. We were on the 20th floor and the views were spectacular. The place was plenty big enough for 6 adults. The beds /couches/dining chairs could be refreshed. Quite broken down and uncomfortable. The closet of beach items was perfect. Had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked to perfection. Only recommendation I have is a Keurig and some better tongs. The washer and dryer was perfect to have right in room. All appliances worked great. Pool bracelets were a bit of inconvenience-make sure you don’t throw any away! Parking was perfect and having access to luggage carts was absolutely what is needed. Young adults were disappointed they couldn’t use the fitness room For those of you allergic to latex- they wear latex gloves to clean and in the market where you can get snacks You are far enough away from the crowd congestion for it to be annoying but close enough to everything that it’s perfect. We definitely will return. Had a fabulous family vacation

Great condo!!

Totally enjoyed my stay. Care-free check-in allowed us to go straight to the condo with the Door code. Views were spectacular! Condo was very clean and spacious. The mother in law suite attached could be a 1 bedroom apartment. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay

We had an absolute perfect stay here, check in was super easy and the condo was in perfect condition. They had extra beach chairs and sand toys for our son. Enough space for 4 adults and a toddler. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Large Condo

Nice large size condo with plenty of room to spread out. The bunk room is definitely only for smaller children as there was stickers on the beds stating 125 lbs or less but we made it work. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler and lots sand toys all in the closet which was very nice and convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. There were plenty of towels and wash rags for everyone. There was an extra set of sheets for the couch but no blankets. BUT....... The condo was not the cleanest however. There were long black hairs everywhere. The kitchen floor was stained red. My grandson found a random shoe under the edge couch and toys under the coffee table. The overall surfaces looked dirty, dusty, and fingerprints. I personally don't see how this condo could have been deep cleaned. More like a quick touch up.

Phenomenal vacation spot

All expectations met. Place was clean. AC was running well. These were previously mentioned on reviews but were not an issue. They had a high chair for the baby. Toys & beach chairs for the kids and adults. Pool was beautiful! Views were spectacular!!!

Beautiful place

The condo itself was beautiful and the views were amazing. I loved that it had the in-law suite that my kids and I were able to camp out in. The only downside to the place was that all of the beds and bedding need major upgrades. There also was no where near enough bedding for the condo. This condo has two futons and a sleeper sofa and yet there was only one set of sheets and one very stained, smelly comforter to share between the three. Also plan to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. We were supplied with one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and left with two extra trash bags for a seven night stay.

No A/C = unhappy stay

AC was out during week of mid 90s heat in Florida summer, management didn’t respond quickly (I repeatedly left messages and called many times from the evening we got there), which delayed AC getting fixed. When they finally scheduled, they told me the wrong time for technicians, who then tried to come while we were sleeping, which I refused. After another round of messages and no answers the next day, tech was rescheduled, but then they couldn’t fix til the next day. Because the fix required welding, we couldn’t get back into the condo until 8pm. We had an infant and four other kids with us. So, we didn’t have AC from when we arrived on a Wednesday, to Saturday 8p. Miserable place to stay, bad management. Look elsewhere to stay. Oh, and the floors seem to never be mopped (enjoy your black feet if you dare walk barefoot) and dishes were dirty.
