This condo was beautifully decorated and as someone who stages and sells real estate, I appreciated this unit as soon as I walked through the door. The views from the balcony are breathtaking as the sun goes down. Property management was wonderful to work with and I hope to stay there again. I have stayed in many units in Aqua over the years and this is one of the best I have rented over the years. Book it and you won’t regret it!!

Great place. Very clean. Excellent views. Great location and walking distance to Pier Park (even with small children). Would stay again. Only comments would be more food/drink options on site for that many people. Parking situation isn’t ideal but understandable for size of complex. Only 2 elevators isn’t ideal.

Our Condo was very clean and bright! The views are the best ever drinking coffee on the patio with that view is magic. The condo property was well kept and amazing and within a short distance of many great places to go! Easy access to PCB! Thank you for being a great Host!

This condo is very nice and we had a great time here. The unit was spacious and the furnishings were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice condo to stay at. The only issues we had at our stay were that one of the balcony doors would not open (the locking mechanism was faulty) and the large balcony furniture was not very comfortable. Aside from that, the unit was great! Will definitely book this condo again in the future!

Hard to beat an end unit on the top floor of Aqua. The unit is large and light-filled with tall ceilings. Entry hall adds an elegance to the unit. Be sure to open all the sliding doors for wonderful ocean breezes and the sounds of the surf. Pools are great and deli and daiquiri window offer just what you’re craving. Beach front access with umbrellas and loungers make it so easy to enjoy. Beautiful views especially at sunset. We would happily rent this unit again and again.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Aqua 2301! This was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in, and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the views can not be beat! I also really appreciated the detailed check in information and app that made it so easy to follow! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We are usually a 30A Stay family!! The Baseball World Series brought us to PCB. The condo was wonderful the best part about our stay. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It gave me a 30A/Seaside feel. We would definitely keep this condo on our list for future plans and if it’s ever for sale we would love to know!

We had some issues with the air conditioning, but maintenance could care of it right away. I just wish that the building had a restaurant on site so we wouldn’t have to go out to eat for supper.

Our stay at this condo was a great experience that met all my expectations based on the listing! It was a clean and gorgeous condo with incredible views!!! The only issue I had was difficulty with finding the code to access the garage gate when we arrived late at night. I was overwhelmed with needing to hurry and being tired so I couldn’t find it quickly. It’s not on the parking pass that you print out before you arrive. It’s in the app you need to download that has all the info for your stay. Other than that it was a great experience and we will definitely stay here again!
