2025 Spring Break

Had an amazing stay at this property. Great location. The parking garage “kiosk” and printer were less than cooperative so print your parking pass before you arrive! Several families had issues which is NOT a reflection of this unit. Beds are very comfortable, everything was clean and the photos are accurate. Location was convenient for what we wanted to do. St Andrew’s State Park is about 20 minutes away and an easy drive.

Great Stay!

Perfect stay for my Daughter's sweet 16 trip! The two of us and her Grandma came and stayed. It was fantastic to each have our own main suite in the evenings. Definitely would stay again!

July 4th family vacation

My family and I had a great experience at the Aqua Resort. The condo was decorated very pretty. Our view of the beach was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The elevators were fairly quick. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Aqua 1002. We especially appreciated the patio furniture. It was very comfortable and appropriate for the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with items you may need during your stay. Laundry worked great. Living space was perfect for our party of 7. It was a little warm in the 2nd master, as we kept the door shut because of the loud air conditioning unit- however, we were just glad it worked. The management was very responsive and easy to get ahold of during and after our stay. The four beach chairs were definitely a bonus and one of the reasons we booked this unit. Honestly, we have been to Aqua 6 times and love it. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. Beautiful view, wonderful location, awesome weather!

Wonderful family beach suite

We had a wonderful time - this is a perfect unit for a family and the beachfront location is gorgeous. We also had speedy and thorough communication with the hosts and management. We hope to be back again!

Fantastic location and access to pier park. Property does need minor improvements (rug, needs pot holders, paint ) The check in process was so easy and pre printed parking pass was key! Great communication with the broker was so very helpful.

Just as described

We really enjoyed our Panama City Beach trip. The pool was great, and we especially enjoyed indoor swimming on the cooler days. The condo was exactly as pictured and we took advantage of the kitchen and laundry available in the unit - very convenient when traveling with little kids. One suggestion would be to add towel hooks in the bathrooms. The racks above the toilets were functional but not exactly convenient.

Spring Break getaway

The rental was exactly as listed. Very clean, liked the 3 separate bedrooms each with a bathroom. Perfect location to Pier Park and restaurants in walking distance. Kitchen set up made for breakfast and lunch in condo. Ventured out at night for dinner and explore the area. We would stay in this exact condo again.

Perfect Condo in PCB

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. It has everything you need, tons of space, gorgeous views and is decorated beautifully! We were very pleased with our stay - five stars for sure! The complex itself is fine - long waits for elevators (during peak check out time 2 of 4 elevators were out of order for a 23 story building) and pools very crowded (and loud until quite late in the evening!)

Spent 5 days here and Aqua 1002 was exactly as described. Beautiful property and excellent unit. Highly recommend staying here. Super clean, no issues at all. We had a family of 6 and everyone had a great time. Thank you!
