Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please DO NOT strip beds
Ensure all bikes are returned to the garage
Return the golf cart to the garage, plug it in to charge, and hang the key on the hook inside the door across from the half bath
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Two Parents with Six Teens!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to let each of our children invite a friend to the beach this year. With the four bunk room, plus the third bedroom, this condo was a perfect fit. There was enough room at the kitchen table for them all to play games, and enough living room seating for them to watch a movie. The kitchen and appliances were top notch. The pool was a quick three minute walk away and was beautiful. I would stay here again. Everyone had a wonderful time. The only negative was the limited parking at the beach access.
