Reservation was not registered
When I get to the place the owner or the landlord said he doesn’t have any reservations under my name I show the reservation information and he said for few months ago he doesn’t have any more business with VRBO I contacted customer support for VRBo they help to get relocated but my reservation was for two nights they just find one night for me I have to find the second night on my own and paid again Please they said on the phone they will refund my money because was a pre paid reservation Please 🙏

The owner cancelled my reservation
I contacted the owner a day before my reservation and she stated the apartment was not available and she never received an email. I hope that in the future VRBO can verify the host emails, to ensure they have an accurate email on their account. I lost money because of this situation. It’s a week after the reservation and VRBO still hasn’t refunded my money.
